watsonx Assistant (formerly Watson Assistant) is IBM's platform for building conversational AI experiences, including web chat, voice, and integrations with contact-center and messaging channels. It is a general-purpose product used across industries, not an IBM i-specific tool, but it can be relevant to IBM i shops building conversational front ends over IBM i or Db2 for i data through custom integration work.
